About the Role:

As the Global Talent Projects Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of HR initiatives and projects across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the Global Chief People Officer, you will be driving impactful HR initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.This role requires a high level of integrity, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Overseeing complex tasks and projects that span multiple HR areas, while proposing and implementing new initiatives to add value to Dentons.

·       Provide leadership and operational support for ongoing initiatives by monitoring progress, identifying roadblocks, and proposing solutions to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.

·       Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR and other departments to align expectations and maintain clear, effective communication between project teams and leadership.

·       Conduct detailed process analysis to identify opportunities for automating and streamlining HR processes, driving operational excellence.

·       Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to further improve people capabilities and keep Talent function top-notch.

·       Prepare reports, dashboards, and impactful presentations for leadership meetings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance for key stakeholders.

·       Lead continuous improvement initiatives across HR functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

·       Support the organization and delivery of Change Management activities to facilitate smooth transitions and process adoption.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of HR experience and expertise in various HR domains, acquired in a global organization.
  • Proven track record of independently managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices, talent management, and operational excellence.
  • Experience in process mapping, process improvement, and project governance.
  • Excellent analytical skills: ability to work with large datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, PowerPoint - professional, executive-level presentations).
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, Talent Development, Project Management or related are preferred.
