About The Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of marketing—from demand generation to product marketing, content strategy, and competitive intelligence. You will serve as a pivotal member of the marketing team and act as a go-to-contact across the organization - with access to contractor resources to execute and scale initiatives. Your main mission is to drive top-of-funnel growth through compelling content, case studies, product launches, and data-backed campaigns.

Execute on communication strategy for product launches using a tiered framework (P1, P2, P3).
Create sales enablement collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, case studies).
Own messaging & positioning—work with Product to refine key differentiators and pain points.
Create & maintain competitive intelligence (comparison pages, objection handling guides).
Manage & optimize the website to ensure clear and compelling product positioning.
Own all email marketing efforts, including:
Product Launches
Closed/Lost Nurture Campaigns
Monthly Customer Newsletter
Segment-Specific Updates to partners
Support on ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts, assist in the creation of tiered lists and marketing collateral required by sales
Develop and execute an SEO-driven content plan to increase organic traffic & inbound leads.
Own content production, ensuring 2 high-quality articles per week to increase ranking on top keywords
Track keyword rankings & backlinking efforts using SEMrush or similar tool to ensure visibility on key search terms.
