We are looking for a strong and ambitious Head of acquisition to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee acquisition results for Turkey and Azerbaijan markets.

  • Build and manage the user acquisition team and processes from scratch.

  • Ensure high-quality traffic acquisition and fraud traffic prevention using BI reports.

  • Manage traffic sources: Facebook/Meta, SEO, Google UAC, ASO, PPC, Influencer traffic, and Affiliate networks.

  • Negotiate affiliate terms, optimize deals, and build new partner relationships.

  • Monitor and optimize acquisition metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI, CPA, etc.).

  • Work with product teams on landing pages, A/B tests, and localization.

  • Control budgets and distribution across channels.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years in gambling/betting acquisition marketing.

  • 3+ years of team/department management.

  • Experience in Turkey or Azerbaijan markets for at least 1 year.

  • Proven ability to scale traffic through partner relationships and optimization.

  • Deep understanding of key traffic sources (Paid Social, Google Ads, SEO, ASO, Influencer traffic, Affiliate).

  • Experience managing large budgets and tracking performance metrics (ROI, CPA, ARPU, etc.).

  • Strong skills in analytics, media planning, and BI tools.

  • Familiar with CJM and identifying growth opportunities in the marketing funnel.


Preferred:

  • Experience working with Turkish or Azerbaijani geos.

  • Proficient written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+).

  • Experience with BI systems, advanced metrics, and collaboration with development teams.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JS (for understanding development processes).

  • ASO/SERM experience is a plus but not critical.
