As we continue scaling our impact, we're looking for a Head of Finance who can shape strategy, empower teams, and take financial leadership to the next level.


The Role

As Head of Finance for Switzerland, you’ll shape strategy, steer performance, and lead financial operations. Partnering with the Swiss Managing Director and leadership team, you’ll turn insights into impact and help drive sustainable growth across the business. In this role, you will:

  • Own all financial operations in the Swiss market, including cash flow, KPIs, group reporting, and audits.

  • Partner with leadership to shape the Swiss strategy and steer performance through planning and insights.

  • Develop and mentor finance talent with a direct report and the opportunity to shape a growing team.

  • Improve processes, implement tools (ERP, planning, cash management), and drive automation.

  • Represent Finance in cross-functional initiatives, acting as a thought leader and collaborator.

  • Support scenario planning, business cases, and investment analysis for strategic initiatives.
