Job description

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will have a deep understanding of the strategy and people needs of the business(es) they support. The HRBP will serve as a trusted partner to the business, developing and implementing a people strategy that aligns with and supports business objectives. The HRBP will also act as the primary point of contact for leaders and serve as a liaison between HR service delivery functions, ensuring that business needs are effectively matched with HR’s capabilities.

The HRBP will be key in implementing HR initiatives, driving talent acquisition efforts, providing insights to enhance the employee experience and enable business outcomes, including performance management, compensation, training and development, and employee relations. In addition to traditional HR responsibilities, this individual will collaborate on key projects such as ATS implementation, job architecture, onboarding improvements, employer branding, and policy development, working in conjunction with COEs. The HRBP will also ensure compliance with applicable state and federal employment laws and apply, administer, and interpret workplace rules and guidelines in partnership with the organization's operations mission.
