Certified Salesforce Admin

As a Neat Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Neat supporting our EMEA and UKI users. We are looking for a proactive individual who will provide basic user support, focus on data management, and manage system configuration tasks under the guidance of our senior system administrators.

Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of day to day operations including user inquiries, data cleansing, report generation, and basic system customizations while actively learning advanced SFDC functionalities to eventually contribute to larger projects and system enhancements.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives in order to quickly analyze reported issues.

The ideal candidate will align with the EMEA region on day to day questions, break fix issues, and overall tech stack support.

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • User support tickets
  • Technical documentation
  • Release Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • SFDC Admin Cert
  • 3-5 years SFDC Admin experience
  • Experience with Netsuite ERP
  • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided
