About the role:

Own the strategic direction, governance, and performance improvement for your channel (Demand Gen, Web & CRO, or Lead Nurture) across SD markets in partnership with local marketing teams. Lead a structured, insight-led approach, guiding the work of the Performance and Digital Marketers to drive measurable results and achieve KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define channel-specific strategies, frameworks, and best practices to improve marketing performance and pipeline growth, ensuring effective execution through local teams or central support where needed.
• Provide strategic guidance and define clear execution priorities for Performance and Digital Marketers, ensuring delivery against channel KPIs.
• Own the content strategy for your channel, defining messaging priorities and content requirements, working with central and local content marketers to deliver.
• Leverage insights from Marketing Intel to drive data-led decision-making, using testing frameworks to refine strategies and optimise results.
• Work with Marketing Ops to define and govern execution standards and central processes across markets.
• Decide proactively when central Performance Marketers should lead execution vs. local market teams, ensuring optimal resource use and impact.
• Drive structured cross-market testing and optimisation, proactively scaling high-performing initiatives and embedding best practices.
• Establish structured feedback loops with fellow Channel strategists to ensure key insights and improvements are systematically shared and adopted.
• Work with Sales/Sales Enablement teams to improve MQL management, track lead progression, identify bottlenecks, and refine strategies for stronger opportunity conversion and pipeline acceleration.

Skills & Experience Profile:

• Strong strategic marketing experience with clear expertise in channel ownership (Demand Gen, Web & CRO, or Lead Nurture).
• Experience collaborating with and coaching digital marketing teams to improve execution quality, drive adoption of best practices, and build local capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to build alignment between central and local marketing teams.
• Ability to create and scale data-driven strategies and playbooks across multiple markets.
• Deep understanding of content strategy and messaging frameworks for marketing performance.
