ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

NP Digital is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Senior Manager, Paid Search with strong ecommerce experience to join our remote Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managing paid search campaigns with budgets exceeding $500K per month with 2+ years focused on ecommerce shopping and performance max campaigns. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360 at a minimum and already have a good grasp on how to structure campaigns to optimize performance based on each platform’s best practices. Equally important to ecommerce paid search and shopping experience is the ability to communicate recommendations and analysis of performance to clients and colleagues alike.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Deliver ecommerce paid search, performance max, and shopping media strategies and recommendations for clients
  • Evaluate ad platform updates and how to apply them to clients’ campaigns
  • Project estimated campaign performance results based on client budgets and benchmark costs and rates
  • Develop & implement paid search and shopping and performance max campaign structures to manage and optimize against performance goals such as ROAS, CAC, or LTV
  • Follow department media buying and quality assurance processes to ensure campaigns run accurately
  • Steward clients’ budgets through meticulous management of daily or lifetime spending and monthly, quarterly, or annual pacing and actualize budgets for client invoicing
  • Improve campaign performance by making optimization recommendations and using paid search and shopping campaign management checklists to identify opportunities
  • Meet internal and external deadlines for assigned projects and tasks
  • Implement split testing to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Develop, deliver, and present client reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to share paid search and shopping insights that can be leveraged across SEO, marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), paid social, and programmatic efforts
  • Connect with graphic designers or client creative teams to provide performance insights and recommendations on Performance Max assets
  • Respond to client questions and ad hoc requests in a timely manner

ABOUT YOU 

  • Minimum of 5+ years of paid search experience across both Google and Microsoft Ads
  • Required 2+ years of ecommerce experience through shopping and Performance Max campaigns
  • Required 1+ years of recent SA360 experience
  • Experienced in managing monthly budgets exceeding $500K and more than 1K SKUs
  • Thrives off improving paid search and shopping media campaign performance and the opportunity to drive growth for clients
  • Uses platform and third-party data for competitive insights that provides insights into what is impacting campaign performance
  • Understands how to determine when ad copy or creative needs to be updated in the platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to both external and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and data analysis to ensure campaigns run accurately and insights are uncovered that lead to campaign recommendations 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability prioritize time and workload efficiently
  • Team player who is willing to help others whenever needed
  • Responsive to constructive feedback to foster personal and professional growth

BONUS POINTS 

  • Feed management experience, such as Feedonomics or Google Merchant Center
  • Marketplaces experience (Amazon, Target/Criteo, Walmart, etc.)
  • Enjoys training junior team members on campaign and budget management, reporting and analysis, various paid search platforms, and campaign setup
  • Experience discussing and implementing offline conversion tracking with clients’ CRM metrics
  • Certifications from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Google Marketing Platform
  • Additional professional certifications, such as Google Analytics

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION 

  • Base Salary: USD $95,000 to $115,000, dependent on experience and skills 
  • Bonus eligible
