Job description

In a nutshell

Title: Revenue Operations Analyst
Location: UK Remote
Days/week: Full Time, must be able to work US EST hours

The Who, What, Where, When & Why

You are someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and making things work better for the people around you. Whether you are early in your career or already have some experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, you are motivated by helping teams succeed through smarter systems, cleaner data, and more efficient processes.

You are starting with a strong interest in Sales Operations, but you're also curious about how the entire revenue engine works. You want to understand how leads move from marketing to sales, how success supports customers, and how everything connects to drive growth. You are looking for a role where you can start by owning the foundations and grow into a broader RevOps remit over time.

Who you are:

  • Organised and detail-focused: You take pride in keeping systems and data accurate. You know that clean data underpins strong reporting, effective processes, and good decision-making.
  • Process-minded: You enjoy identifying inefficiencies and working out better ways of doing things. Whether it's how we quote, invoice, or update the CRM, you are always looking for improvements.
  • Tech-savvy and systems confident: You may not be a developer, but you are comfortable with CRMs (especially HubSpot), spreadsheets, and operational tools. You enjoy learning how systems work and figuring out how to optimise them.
  • Data-literate: You can work confidently with data, build basic reports, and use dashboards to track performance. You’re keen to develop your skills in full-funnel reporting as your role expands.
  • Supportive and collaborative: You are approachable and enjoy being the go-to person for CRM help, data questions, or process clarity. You help others do their jobs more effectively.
  • Curious about the full revenue picture: You’re interested in how marketing, sales, and success link together, and you want to learn how to build systems and processes that support alignment across the customer journey.
  • Clear and confident communicator: You are comfortable explaining processes, writing documentation, and helping others understand tools or workflows.
  • Motivated by purpose and impact: You want your work to matter. You are excited to contribute to a mission-driven team that is improving healthcare education on a global scale.

What you'll be doing:

You will join the Sales Operations function, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CRO, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Success, and Finance teams.

Your initial focus will be on Sales Operations. You will own and optimise HubSpot, improve data quality, manage quoting and invoicing processes, and support the sales team on a daily basis.

As you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to expand into Revenue Operations. You will help us design joined-up processes across sales, marketing, and success, automate workflows, and generate insights from data that improve the entire customer journey.

Specifically, you will:

  • Administer our HubSpot CRM including fields, workflows, automations, and lists

  • Ensure data is clean, structured, and useful for reporting and decision-making

  • Manage and streamline quote, invoice, and PO processes in collaboration with the CoS and the wider ops team.

  • Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track performance and pipeline

  • Support the Sales team with CRM training, troubleshooting, and documentation

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align tools and processes

  • Identify opportunities to improve how we work across the full revenue funnel
