Job description

Our Partner Client is the first asphalt roof rejuvenator, using all-natural bio-oil to restore flexibility and extend roof life at a fraction of replacement costs, promoting sustainability with top industry partners.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work-from-home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect Outreach: Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication channels to engage potential clients.

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments.

  • Provide accurate information about products or services and ensure callers receive prompt assistance.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.

  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled if necessary.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.

  • Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and actively participate in training sessions to enhance appointment-setting techniques and overall performance.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or appointment setting in the BPO industry.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HubSpot CRM software and other digital communication tools like five9.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.

  • Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing market trends.
