Position: Social Media Manager
Number of hours: 20 or 40 hours/week

Tasks required:
Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone, especially in fashion/lifestyle niches.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community engagement.
Monitor trends in fashion, social media, and digital marketing to enhance content strategies.
Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
Design visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and promotional graphics using Canva.
Create mood boards, lookbooks, and branded templates for consistency.
Edit and enhance images/videos to align with fashion-forward aesthetics.
Assist in creating and scheduling newsletters and promotional emails.
Use platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ConvertKit for basic email automation.
Ensure email designs align with brand identity and have compelling CTAs.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
Coordinate with influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
Conduct occasional market research for audience insights.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing Canva designs and social media strategies.
An eye for fashion aesthetics, trends, and digital styling.
Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and email marketing platforms.
Basic knowledge of copywriting for captions, posts, and emails.
Knowledge of video editing (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush).
Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration management.
Understanding of basic paid ad strategies for social media.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
