Essential
Ritual is seeking a data-driven and experienced Creative Strategist to join our Growth team and lead the development of performance-driven creative across paid media channels. This role will be responsible for concepting, testing, and optimizing high-performing ad creative to drive growth while ensuring a structured, data-informed approach to creative iteration. Sitting at the intersection of Growth and Creative, this position requires both strategic thinking and analytical rigor to bridge creative vision with performance insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, resilient, and a fast learner. You will report to the Senior Manager of Growth and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Creative, Brand, Customer Insights, Influencer, Affiliate, Digital Product, and more to develop best-in-class performance creative.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and scale high-performing creative by producing and iterating on ad creatives weekly, informed by competitive research, customer insights, and market trends. 
  • Support creative production cycle with ad agencies, video editors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and performance-driven optimizations.
  • Maintain a structured creative testing approach by continuously iterating on learnings, optimizing performance, and supporting a high volume of ad creatives across multiple channels.
  • Own creative reporting by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies to optimize future creative development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, Creative, Data, and Product teams to ensure creative excellence and strategic alignment

  • What You Need
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in growth creative strategy at an in-house DTC/e-commerce brand with a proven track record of developing, testing, and scaling high-performing ad creative across paid media channels. Comfortable working across spreadsheets, storyboards, and creative data dashboards to drive creative decision-making

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Range:  $70,000 - $110,000
  • Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. This role is also eligible for equity + generous benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc - see our list of perks/ benefits below.
