As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and developing innovative solutions that revolutionize how our business sellers interact with our platform.
Your mission will be to maximize value for our customers and drive revenue growth by:Strategic Monetization Leadership: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies that optimize revenue and deliver exceptional value to our real estate business sellers.Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of market data and customer behavior to optimize pricing models and identify new monetization opportunities, utilizing A/B testing and predictive modeling.Innovative Service Bundling: Design and launch compelling service bundles that cater to the unique needs of our business sellers, fostering loyalty and increasing customer satisfaction.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with design, engineering, analytics, and product marketing teams to deliver outstanding product experiences.Product Vision and Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product vision, and develop and manage a robust product roadmap that aligns with customer needs and business objectives.Market Research and Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new avenues for growth.What we're looking for5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or internet environment, ideally with a focus on business customers.Proven track record of successfully building and implementing monetization strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Experience with A/B testing, user research, and conversion optimization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.Self-driven and proactive, with a passion for solving complex problems.Proficiency in English.Experience within the real estate industry is considered a significant plus.Experience in the creation, and management of product strategies, along with corresponding success metric’s.What we offerThe opportunity to work on innovative products that have a tangible impact on millions of users.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Regular employment contract (umowa o pracę) with <15% annual bonus.Remote work from Poland (with opportunity to work from our offices in Poznań, Warsaw or Cracow).Training budget.Please note that this role requires you to be based and eligible to work in Poland.
