Responsibilities:

Understand, analyze, document, and support partners/users in clarifying their needs
Participate in defining the functions, services, or technical elements required
Collaborate with the team to design solutions within the "just enough — just in time" framework, using best practices supported by centers of excellence
Apply and contribute to the development of functional rules, technical specifications, design, and delivery standards for solutions
Actively contribute to the implementation of solutions and the realization of activities such as proof of concept, prototyping, various validations, effort evaluation, test strategies, tests, operations and usage documentation, training, and knowledge articles
Participate in or conduct tests at different levels of detail, whether functional or technical, and support partners in this area
Maintain necessary documentation for the sustainability of designed or existing elements and the evolution plans of IT assets under your team's responsibility
Monitor, evolve, and support applications, systems, and practices in your sector or field
Perform technical, development, configuration, or quality assurance activities as needed
