  • Review designs with internal component solution designers across different streams.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Experience of playing architect roles in Comms Cloud and Service Cloud and expertise in either Omni studio/CPQ/XOM with hands on working knowledge
- Discuss, Agree and acceptance of E2E Solution / FDD / FSD
- Agree on interface design and specification
- Solution Design for different E2E Journeys
- Review with Salesforce advisory and Transformation Lead and Architects
- Work internally with Component Solution Designers of different streams (CRM, CPQ, OM, Admin)
