Your mission

We’re based in Bremen, Germany, but you can work from anywhere in the world — as long as you’re deeply familiar with Japanese culture, language, and market trends. You’ll play a key role in providing top-notch customer support to our Japanese-speaking users and contribute to marketing, localization, and creative content production.

Your profile

Your Tasks

  • Delivering friendly and effective customer support to our Japanese-speaking users via email and other platforms

  • Translating and localizing support articles, marketing content, newsletters, and social media posts

  • Supporting and executing marketing campaigns in Japan, including influencer outreach, giveaways, and online events

  • Monitoring feedback and trends in the Japanese market, and sharing insights with our product and marketing teams

  • Visual content creation (e.g. banners, social media assets, or basic video editing using Adobe Creative Cloud tools) is a strong plus

  • You’ll also work with our design team to adapt or localize newsletter layouts using Figma

Your Competence

You’re a great fit if you’re passionate about music tech, you thrive on communication, and you love helping others. Ideally, you’re a digital native who understands both Western and Japanese online cultures and can bridge the gap with creativity and insight.

  • Native-level Japanese skills (written and spoken)

  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

  • German language skills are a big plus

  • Solid experience in customer support, community management, or digital marketing

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, proactive mindset

  • Hands-on experience with DAWs (e.g. Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, etc.) is required

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) is highly desirable

  • Experience using Figma for layout editing or collaboration is a plus

  • Familiarity with social media trends in Japan (e.g. Twitter/X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LINE)

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks reliably in a remote setup
