Responsibilities
  • Execute daily bookkeeping operations using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping
  • Process and categorize digital receipts and invoices through various platforms
  • Manage and reconcile multiple payment platform integrations including Square and Airbnb
  • Handle state-specific tax documentation and payment processes
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and documentation
  • Support business growth through social media management and content creation
  • Implement and maintain digital filing systems for efficient document management
  • Provide crucial administrative support to streamline business operations
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner on process improvements
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information


Requirements

  • Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online and basic accounting principles
  • Strong background in digital receipt management and expense categorization
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and content creation
  • Excellence in written and verbal English communication
  • Filipino-based professional with reliable internet connection
  • Minimum 2 years of virtual assistant experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with strong independent work ethic
  • Proficiency in digital file management and cloud-based tools
  • Available during U.S. Central Time business hours
  • Experience with property management or hospitality industry a plus
