Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 35+ hours per week,  Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm Melbourne time

Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Appointment Setting Specialist to support our client’s outreach across a variety of sectors. You will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls to offer free site assessments, book appointments, and gather key contact information for follow-up.

This is a high-impact role focused on building connections across industries and supporting the company’s expansion throughout Australia.


Target Industries

You’ll be reaching out to potential clients in:

  • Local Councils

  • Pet Industry (groomers, vets, dog daycares, kennels)

  • Cruise Liners

  • Indoor Facilities (gyms, sports centres, tennis courts)

  • Additional sectors as new regions and opportunities arise


What We’re Looking For
  • A warm, confident, and professional phone manner

  • Experience in cold calling and appointment setting (B2B preferred)

  • Comfortable adapting across multiple industries and business types

  • Available for 40 hours/week

  • Must provide a clear voice recording to demonstrate phone skills
