This is a remote position.

Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a passion for helping businesses thrive? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team!


Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK with an hour unpaid break
  • Initial single role with potential to expand to 3-5 person team
  • Company email address and phone system provided
  • Regular performance reviews and updates required
  • Opportunity for long-term growth based on performance

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to UK-based limited companies
  • Present business finance solutions including asset finance, invoice financing, and business loans
  • Navigate through gatekeepers to reach key decision-makers
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with call outcomes
  • Provide regular activity reports and performance updates
  • Research and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn and other channels
  • Focus exclusively on limited companies, not sole traders
  • Represent UK Asset Finance professionally on all calls

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting and cold calling, or sales
  • Strong English communication skills with neutral/minimal accent
  • Experience working with UK business customers
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and call tracking software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of business finance concepts
  • Professional phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong time management and self-motivation skills
