This is a remote position.

Role Name: Outbound Insurance Appointment Setter

Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM (includes an hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks | Washington, USA, (Pacific Standard Time)

  • Maintain detailed records and updates in the company’s advanced CRM system
  • Follow a structured lead management process for different qualification levels
  • Complete comprehensive client questionnaire forms and activity reports
  • Handle sensitive medical and financial information according to strict privacy guidelines
  • Track and document all contact attempts and conversation outcomes
  • Meet or exceed targeted appointment setting metrics
  • Provide professional, empathetic customer service to all prospects
  • Coordinate with the insurance professional to maintain an efficient appointment calendar

  • Comfortable using VoIP phone systems
  • Detail-oriented with excellent data entry accuracy

  • Basic understanding of or willingness to learn about insurance products
