Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HubSpot Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing and managing our HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to support our marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, and ensure seamless operations across various systems. The HubSpot Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity, automating marketing workflows, and providing valuable insights based on campaign performance.

Responsibilities
  • Set Up HubSpot: Configure HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to meet the company's needs.
  • Customize Workflows & Pipelines: Create and adjust workflows, pipelines, and dashboards to streamline processes.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Ensure smooth data transfer between HubSpot and other systems.
  • Maintain Data Quality: Regularly clean and audit the database for accuracy.
  • Automate Marketing Workflows: Build and manage workflows for lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Email Campaigns: Design and maintain automated email campaigns to engage leads and customers.
  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Generate reports to track the success of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
  • Support the Marketing Team: Provide insights to improve marketing strategies based on performance data.
  • Train Team Members: Help colleagues learn how to use HubSpot tools effectively.
  • Offer Ongoing Support: Troubleshoot and assist HubSpot users as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing administration, with a focus on proposal coordination and bid registrations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing administrative tasks.
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps)
