Job Overview: Do you have a track record of creating thoughtful and strategic marketing programs for B2B software companies? We are seeking to hire a bold, energetic marketer to lead SundaySky’s demand and pipeline generation strategies. Campaign planning, digital marketing, events, and ABM—this individual will play a critical role in developing programs that drive growth through the sales funnel as we expand our leadership position in the exciting enterprise video software space.
Simply put, this role centers on driving the pipeline. The ideal candidate will be endlessly curious, proactive, and demonstrate a strong focus on data-driven marketing tactics to reach and engage key decision-makers within SundaySky’s ICP.
This position reports to the VP of Marketing.
· Lead and implement integrated demand generation campaigns across diverse channels to drive pipeline growth and achieve KPIs targets
· Take a full-funnel approach to marketing, closely monitoring the programs and activities that generate not only leads, but revenue
· Initiate campaign activities to enhance results across key channels, including web, paid (search, social, display), email, events, webinars, and third-party programs
· Develop ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, working closely with Sales leaders to identify priority prospects and create personalized marketing initiatives that drive engagement
· Partner with the Revenue Operations lead to implement campaign attribution to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts across channels
· Collaborate to optimize the SundaySky.com website to increase conversion rates and improve user experiences for lead capture
· Provide regular reports on campaign performance, lead gen metrics, pipeline contributions, and ROI, using insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and strategies
· Identify new, strategic tools to add to SundaySky’s marketing technology stack
· Develop close BDR partnership to coordinate campaign activities and improve lead-to-pipeline conversion rates
· Enhance SundaySky’s brand recognition, visibility, and reach in both new and existing marketing channels
Who We’re Looking For:
· 8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles for B2B SaaS companies
· A thoughtful, creative marketer who cares as much about the campaign message as the channel
· Extensive digital marketing experience (SEM, paid social, retargeting, display advertising, website marketing, etc.)
· Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and multi-channel marketing strategies
· Comfortable using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (experience with Pardot a plus, but not required)
· Previous experience marketing to financial services, healthcare, or insurance is a plus
· A metric-driven mindset with a track record for meeting and exceeding KPIs
· Motivated by a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment (this is B2B marketing, after all)
· Collaborative team player who is well organized, proactive, and curious
