We are looking for a highly motivated Industrial Sales Account Manager located in the Dallas, Texas area to join our Sales team!

Penn Machine Company, a Marmon Group/Berkshire Hathaway Company, is a proven 100+ year old company in a growth industry. We are a leading manufacturer of products and services for the Oil & Gas industry, Transit, Railroad, Mining, and general industry in the US and globally.

This position is a remote position, ideally in the Dallas, TX area, to effectively support and facilitate growth in the Oil & Gas and Mining industries by:

  • Target new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet revenue, profit, and unit objectives
  • Create sales forecasts and provide KPIs and sales reports to management
  • Preparation and participation in trade shows and other company events
  • Travel is required (approx. 25%) to support job responsibilities, periodic visits to company facilities in PA, and to participate in trade shows and other events.
