Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the Professional Services department.
- Lead the financial operations of the Professional Services department, including budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring a positive return on investment.
- Establish clear, measurable objectives in line with department growth and profitability targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and manage delivery metrics to monitor performance.
- Ensure successful delivery of software solutions to customers.
Requirements:
- Education in Business Administration, a related field, or relevant professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in professional services and delivery
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven record of developing and implementing successful delivery processes and driving client satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, organizational, and leadership skills.
