Job description

This is not your ordinary sales position. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. You will be ramping up our sales, acquiring new customers, and building up one of the most interesting startups seen in the Finnish landscape, and now expanding to our beloved neighbour, Sweden. The Sales Manager has overall responsibility for sales, customer acquisition, and keeping the existing customers happy. Currently, your location is somewhere in Sweden (preferably Stockholm for easy connections), and you will be taking care of our new customers throughout the country. We are a startup, and we are not doing easy stuff, so a lot of teamwork is required.

Our product:

  • Our airship is a platform for data collection and the use of different sensors. At the moment, our revenue comes from digital twin models that we build with the data we collect from the air.
  • When the data is collected, we have endless possibilities with Physical AI
  • We are also interested in partnerships that generate revenue. A well-connected sales manager can lead us to interesting partner cases. For example, we have made successful proof of concepts with Saab and have been invited to Nvidia. Quite literally for us, the sky is the limit, yet the short-term sales work is aerial imaging & digital twin modeling in cases like cities and forest companies.

Here’s what you should handle:

  • You should have prior professional understanding of GIS & AI. And willingness to learn what you don’t know.
  • You find, contact, and negotiate new deals with customers. We already have a solid sales pipeline, but you constantly search for new customers, contact them, and make sure Kelluu hits its revenue targets.
  • While doing sales, you participate in sales development activities and define the best practices in sales.
  • You master CRM (we have HubSpot), want to travel and visit customers face-to-face.
  • You should have a good overall technical understanding of data services and knowledge of data-driven decisions.

What we look for in your background:

  • You have domain knowledge in data sales. We do mostly b2b, but it is beneficial that you have worked with competitive tendering, bigger projects, and cases.
  • You should have the mindset to grind, search, call, drive, and do all that to succeed. We believe that motivated people take us to the next level. But you are not alone, you’re backed by an amazing team.
  • You already have a proven track record and know how to run a professional sales cycle.
  • You need to speak fluent English and Swedish.
