About the role

We are seeking an Implementation & Integrations Manager to lead complex customer implementations, manage system integrations, and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to configure our platform, integrate with third-party systems (HRIS, payroll, etc.), and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on processes and client relationships. You should be highly technical, with a proven track record of successful large-scale implementations in the SaaS industry. Familiarity with integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Implementation & On-boarding:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Gather client requirements, configure the platform, and ensure a smooth go-live.
  • Train customers on best practices and system functionalities.

System Integrations & Technical Support:  

  • Manage and optimize API-based and file-based integrations with third-party HR tech solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on system connectivity and data flow for internal teams and clients.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align customer needs with our platform capabilities.
  • Develop and refine implementation processes for efficiency and scalability.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Stay in-the-know on industry trends, HR tech integrations, and automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials.
  • Maintain and update our CRM to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and true reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, and Single Sign-On (SSO). Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Client Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation process. 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the implementation are correctly executed.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
  • Experience in SaaS implementation, technical account management, or integrations support, preferably in HR tech
  • Experience in the Employee Benefits or HR tech sector.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, SFTP, webhooks, and data mapping for HRIS and payroll systems.

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • Short call with a member of the Talent team
  • 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
  • Final Interview and task with two members of the team
