About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Generative AI Engineer with a strong knowledge in Generative AI and emerging technologies to join our dynamic team. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will work on designing, developing, and integrating AI-driven solutions into Matrix application ecosystems. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, hands-on experience with AI models, prompt engineering and a drive for continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements and responsibilities

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and refine Generative AI solutions.
Conduct research and experiment wixth the latest advancements in Generative AI to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
Optimize and fine-tune AI prompts and/or models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Work on end-to-end development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring seamless integration of AI components into existing platforms.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high coding standards and best practices.

What you’ll bring:

Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and hands-on experience in developing AI-powered applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in AI frameworks.
Experience working with AI LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, and AWS Bedrock and RAG pipelines.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and its optimisations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and orchestration (e.g., AWS).
