Min 5 years of Proven experience in a sales support, sales administration, or similar role, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of cost estimation and proposal drafting. Proficiency in CRM software and sales process management. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Core responsibilities:

Prepare and draft detailed proposals and quotes based on client requirements and company pricing structures. Accurately calculate project costs in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales data. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation, report generation, and correspondence. Assist in coordinating sales activities, follow-ups, and client communications to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and estimators, to ensure accurate pricing and proposal alignment. Monitor and track sales pipeline activities, identifying areas for efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related documentation.
