Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha for lead sourcing and data enrichment. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Core responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha to identify and target potential leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to gather relevant information and ensure high-quality lead generation. 
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with leads via LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
  • Personalize outreach messages to build relationships and increase response rates. 
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate and up-to-date lead information.
  • Perform regular data cleansing to ensure lead quality and eliminate duplicates. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives. 
  • Provide insights and feedback on lead quality and outreach performance to improve strategies.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics, including response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. 
  • Prepare regular reports to communicate performance and opportunities for improvement.
