Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a support role, preferably within partnerships, sales, or commercial functions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential partners. 
  • Coordinate the creation, review, and execution of partnership agreements and contracts. 
  • Support the Commercial team in preparing proposals, presentations, and business reports. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership deliverables are met and aligned with business goals. 
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, agreements, and communications. 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and other partnership-related activities. 
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and updating CRM systems. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders on partnership progress and outcomes. 
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and brainstorming sessions to enhance partnership and commercial efforts.
