At least 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role, with a focus on operational reporting and process management. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to draft and implement SOPs. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Core responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with various departments to draft, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manage and oversee the administration of company processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Maintain and organize data related to operational processes and SOPs, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed. Assist in coordinating and managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
