We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead and optimize our global contingent workforce program. This role will manage end-to-end processes for contingent workers, focusing on process optimization, compliance, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contingent workers, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding
Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing clear guidance on contingent workforce policies and procedures
Maintain and optimize Workday processes, including EIB uploads, worker profile management, and generating accurate reports to support workforce management
Develop and implement global strategies for managing contingent workers, ensuring alignment with company policies, business and compliance needs
Partner with stakeholders to streamline the contractor-to-full-time conversion process and extend contractor contracts when needed
Create and distribute resources, including manager guides and process documentation, to ensure consistency and clarity in managing contingent workers
Collaborate with global teams to adapt processes for regional differences and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders
Requirements
Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive tasks such as contract renewals, onboarding, and audits
Strong attention to detail and communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience collaborating with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, legal teams, and external vendors
Experience working with various HR tools and systems (e.g. Workday)
Global workforce knowledge, including understanding different regional and local requirements
Nice to Have
Experience with Workday, including EIB uploads, worker profile management, and generating reports
Experience in developing training materials for managers on workforce processes
Exposure to various contingent workforce types (e.g., Third Party, Independent)

Compensation
Base pay: $60,000 - $80,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
