Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm PST

Job Description

  • Maintain detailed prospect records and activity tracking in Hubspot CRM
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team

  • Create and maintain detailed activity reports and sales pipeline updates
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with preference for construction or property services background
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development
  • Professional phone presence with excellent English communication skills
  • Experience with modern sales tools, specifically ZoomInfo and Hubspot
  • Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to record-keeping
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
