Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst for a remote 6+ month contract with our client.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong background in data analysis and proficiency in SQL. This role requires a deep understanding of clients' claims, pharmacy, and member files, as well as the ability to create source-to-target mapping documents with appropriate transformations. The candidate should have exceptional knowledge of these files and be able to effectively communicate in the healthcare language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' claims, pharmacy, and member files.
- Analyze and interpret these files at a granular level, identifying key data elements and their relationships.
- Create source-to-target mapping documents, ensuring accurate and appropriate transformations.
- Utilize SQL and data analysis techniques to extract, manipulate, and cleanse data for analysis purposes.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to clients' needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous data cleansing and validation processes.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, payer-provider dynamics, and emerging healthcare trends.
- Communicate effectively in the healthcare language, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, data analytics, computer science, or a related field).
- 8-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst in the healthcare industry.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and perform advanced data transformations.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
- Exceptional knowledge of clients' claims, pharmacy, and member files.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating source-to-target mapping documents with appropriate transformations.
- Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, using healthcare language.
Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $45- $60
