THE ROLE

As our UX, you will be driving UX design processes, from research to implementation for a range of cross-sector FTSE 100 clients. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help create strategy and best practice for all future client engagements. You will also be asked to iterate and develop on existing designs to make sure we continue to deliver high quality work As such, you’ll be adept at working in an Agile environment and be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own full-stack design delivery including: UX design, interface design, user research, usability studies, testing plans, and iterative delivery of design.
• Iterate and improve on existing designs, using industry best practices, user feedback and analytics to ensure Satalia continues to deliver high quality work.
• Be the ‘face of’ UX on pre-sales calls, client workshops, customer research, and be the driving force behind the UX solutions we deliver to our clients.
• Lead human-centered design activities and drive results for all aspects of digital product design for our clients from leading product vision through ongoing product design and development.
• Coach your peers on UX best practice, iterative design principles and agile methodologies where relevant.
• Support Product Marketing with user research to establish the problems we aim to solve for our clients and produce visual prototypes to convey complex ideas in an intuitive user friendly manner.
• Identify pain points for the client and create elegant UX solutions to their technical challenges to ensure enhanced user experience and seamless user journeys.
• Carry out effective testing methods to assess the usability and desired outcomes of our products; from prototypes to established products.
• Work with engineering, sales, and leadership to establish cadence for delivery of solutions incorporating design and product best practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Proven UX design experience applied to commercial products and services
• Ability to champion UX design across Satalia.
• Passionate about all things user centred design
• Experience in a previous consulting/client facing role
• Experience running UX projects from pre-sales to launch
