Job description

Razor is seeking an experienced Technical Requirements Analyst with a strong background in data integration to work on a 100% remote government contracted opportunity with our partners, Booz Allen Hamilton supporting a federal government agency. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting IT business applications with a strong focus on data integration strategies. Experience in API development is also desirable but secondary.

You will receive and go through a Public Trust Security Clearance and background check.

Work Authorizations required: GC, GC EAD and US Citizens

Must have lived in the US for the last 4 years

Not traveled outside of the US for 90 consecutive days

36-40 hours a week, full time remote

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers, users, and project leads to gather and interpret requirements for business applications and systems.
Design and implement data integration solutions to ensure seamless flow and access to information across multiple platforms.
Conduct thorough testing of application functionality to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Support the development and integration of APIs as required, optimizing data exchange and system interoperability.
Take primary responsibility for individual projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
Provide technical support and guidance during the deployment and post-implementation phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional analyst role within the IT industry, preferably with government projects.
At least 5 years of experience specifically in technical requirements gathering, demonstrating a strong ability to translate complex user needs into clear, actionable system requirements.
Demonstrated experience in data integration and managing complex IT projects.
Strong familiarity with testing methodologies and aligning system functionalities with client requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
