The Accounts Payable and Receivable Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the analysis and reporting of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable of European region. The position is part of the Finance & Accounting department located in Madrid or Barcelona (Spain) and will be remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain and Update AP and AR Forecast and Budget files
• Monitor and Update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Generate AP and AR reports
• Support Vendor Master Data Management
• Provide Audit Support
• Work on specific project related to Accounts Payable and Receivable

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivables roles, preferably 2-3 years

• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and budget tracking

• Advanced computer skills, especially Excel, OBI. Experience with ERP and PowerBi is a plus

• Self-Motivated and Team-Oriented

It would be a plus if you have knowledge in:

• Knowledge of AP invoice processing and purchase order process
