  • Understand technical infrastructure challenges and work with development engineers and product managers to devise solutions.
  • Create and maintain milestone plans, detailed implementation schedules, and related project documents for requested cross-team engineering initiatives.
  • Coordinate multiple projects across development efforts, managing cross-team dependencies and keeping timelines aligned.
  • Build and maintain a trusted, cooperative relationship with partners and create an atmosphere of shared ownership of the success of the project: embrace the servant leader mindset and be a team player
  • Proactively orchestrate the update of cross-team roadmap status reports to keep partners advised of quarterly roadmap status and related initiatives.
  • Seek continuous improvement: work with your partners to evaluate how things are working and how it can be improved.
  • Perform other duties as requested to help improve our engineering culture and support our goal of operational excellence.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience managing Agile development processes at scale
  • Proven track record of partnership with Software Engineering Stakeholders
  • The ability to handle multiple technical projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment with stakeholders in multiple regions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams in a clear and concise manner
  • Solid problem solving, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
