Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, specifically related to consumer electronics.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting issues effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Educate customers about product features, usage, and care to help them maximize their purchase.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in consumer electronics, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Passion for technology and knowledge of consumer electronics is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
