What You’ll Do:

  • Boost Operational Performance: Conduct regular store visits, monitor KPIs, and improve profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Lead & Inspire Teams: Manage and coach a talented team of store managers, providing operational support and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Legal Compliance: Oversee stocktakes, health & safety, and quality control, ensuring your stores are running smoothly and safely.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Provide operational insights to drive business success and support the wider leadership team.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven operations management experience, in a multi-site role within a fast-fit background (essential).
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience in performance management.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to travel regularly within your region.
  • A full driving license.
