#827 - ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, particularly in managing and optimizing workflows, data structures, and processes within ServiceNow. The role will involve working closely with key stakeholders, explaining complex technical frameworks such as the CSDM (Common Service Data Model), and ensuring that business requirements are captured and translated into effective technical solutions.

Requirements

• B2 English level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and ServiceNow terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to manage difficult stakeholders and facilitate challenging conversations.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog is a plus.
• A certification in ServiceNow or related methodologies is a plus (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Implementation Specialist).
