The Customer Success Manager role is a full-time position focused on supporting and educating users on our Tire Guru product. This role requires self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and keen attention to detail. As a trainer your primary goal will be to ensure that new users have a smooth, positive experience when learning and setting up the Tire Guru software, helping them understand its features and how it can benefit their business. Ensuring retention of long-term quality clients. You will be responsible for setting up and guiding customers through product training, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, while helping them to become proficient Tire Guru users.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and onboard new Tire Guru users to the application
  • Set up new Tire Guru Databases
  • Configure Tire Guru to align with each customer's unique business needs
  • Deliver individual and group trainings on Tire Guru
  • Follow up with customers post-training to gather feedback and insights on the product.
  • Carry a Book of Business to follow up on after training is completed.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of software customer support or customer success experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to train on software products using remote learning tools, i.e. Zoom.
  • Exceptionally curious about new products and how users will respond to them.
  • Deep understanding of how customers think, and ability to accurately predict how changes will make them feel. You enjoy creating delight and measuring it to ensure success is achieved.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage constructively in debate and discussion with your colleagues and peers.
  • Ability to ensure everyone is aligned on the product vision and execution timeline.
  • Experience working in the automotive or aftermarket industry, specifically with different aspects of management systems a plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to effectively work in a remote environment
