About the Role:

As Director, Client Success for AccessOne, you will own the relationship management of our company’s highest tier of client partnerships. Leveraging your exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, you will maintain strong relationships with our client partners while adding to and demonstrating the value of their utilization of our patient financing programs. Acting as the face of the company, you will gain client trust through strong follow-through and guidance toward stronger revenue cycle performance.

As Director, Client Success for AccessOne, your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Engage with client executives, in-person and virtually, to develop effective and authentic relationships and promote client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute on account strategies and business plans, providing revenue forecasts and pipeline data to leadership and ensuring the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is up to date with all client interactions and opportunities.
  • Partner with sales team members to drive product adoption.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends to create an effective risk management plan for your assigned portfolio.
  • Apply critical thinking and data and financial-literacy skills to analyze and evaluate client data against client and company strategic or project-based goals to identify trends and opportunities, monitor and optimize performance, and resolve issues.
  • Apply hospital revenue cycle management expertise to use insights paired with a consulting selling technique to educate client partners about healthcare financing, offer unique perspectives on their revenue cycle models, and increase account penetration/overall account performance.
  • Prepare and lead client-facing meetings in which you prepare and present data-driven client presentations that illustrate value and drive client partners to act.  
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver project outcomes aligned to your assigned client portfolio. 
  • Perform other projects or tasks as needed or assigned.

You are an effective networker with a keen ability to identify the appropriate point of contact to advance critical initiatives. As a continuous learner, you stay up to date on emerging industry trends and share your knowledge with your clients and team. While you are a motivated self-starter who can work independently, you thrive when working with teams and leading cross-functional projects.

  • 5+ years of experience in a national or regional account management, client success, customer service, B2B sales or related role in the healthcare, healthcare services, and/or banking or loan servicing industry
  • Ability to occasionally travel to client locations; local, regional, or national conferences; and to AccessOne headquarters for in-person meetings
  • Experience with patient accounting and electronic medical record (EMR) software (Epic, Cerner, Siemens, Meditech, IDX, McKesson, Athena, etc.)
  • Experience with patient access and financing, sales and upselling, data analytics, technology implementation (EDI and API automation processes and support), project management, and end-user training.
  • Proficiency with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
