Job description

Fully- Remote
Location: Europe
Salary: €130,000 + Benefits

At Threecolts, we're not just a software suite; we're a powerhouse for Marketplace entrepreneurs and well-known international brands. Our mission? To revolutionize the Commerce landscape by acquiring, launching, and scaling cutting-edge software tailored for Amazon and Walmart businesses. With robust capital backing and a clear vision, we're poised for an exhilarating phase of accelerated growth.

Join us on the journey! Our vibrant team spans the globe, comprising over 500 innovative minds from 42 countries across five continents.

We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead several of our highest-impact products within the Seller 365 suite — tools that sit at the core of our customers’ daily workflows, helping them automate decisions, manage inventory, and stay competitive in fast-moving markets.

This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role for someone who deeply understands the marketplace ecosystem and has experience building products for operators and power sellers — especially in areas like seller tooling, automation, analytics, repricing, or arbitrage. You’ll shape product direction, drive execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver meaningful results for our users and the business.

Requirements:
  • The vision, strategy, and execution for key products within our Seller 365 suite — focused on powering smarter selling through automation, pricing intelligence, arbitrage tooling, and performance insights
  • Full product lifecycle ownership — from identifying customer pain points and shaping product hypotheses, to execution, launch, and post-release iteration
  • End-to-end user journeys and workflows — ensuring the products you own are intuitive, high-performing, and deeply embedded in our customers’ day-to-day operations
  • Backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization — making smart trade-offs between speed, quality, and impact while driving toward clear business goals
  • A clear, measurable product strategy — aligned with Threecolts’ commercial targets and customer success outcomes
  • Collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams — working closely to scope features, define success metrics, and continuously raise the bar for technical quality and delivery
  • Partnering with marketing and go-to-market teams — crafting messaging, positioning, and enablement that brings clarity and traction to your product launches
  • Championing a culture of experimentation — designing and executing A/B tests, usage experiments, and iterative rollouts to continuously improve key metrics
  • Driving deep customer and competitor insight — gathering qualitative feedback, running customer interviews, and staying close to how sellers actually use the product
  • Acting as the connective tissue between product, business, and engineering — ensuring your team is building the right things, for the right reasons, at the right time
  • Leading cross-functional product initiatives — aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and executing against clear, high-leverage priorities
  • Reporting on product health, usage, and growth — ensuring the wider business understands how your product is performing and why.

  • Responsibilities:
  • 10+ years in product management, including significant experience owning end-to-end delivery of SaaS products
  • Strong domain expertise in e-commerce, marketplaces, or Amazon/Walmart seller ecosystems — bonus if you've worked on seller tools, sourcing automation, repricing logic, or catalog/inventory optimization
  • A track record of shipping complex, workflow-driven products — you’ve built tools for power users and know how to balance simplicity with depth
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation, and iterative development (e.g., onboarding optimization, pricing tests, UI changes)
  • Strong fluency in data and analytics — you're comfortable building dashboards, defining KPIs, running cohort analyses, and partnering with data teams to drive insight
  • Proven success driving activation, engagement, and retention metrics, especially in self-serve or product-led growth environments
  • Experience defining and evolving multi-step workflows — especially those that automate operational or financial tasks (e.g., repricing, arbitrage, profitability tracking)
  • Ability to work across the full product lifecycle — from customer discovery to go-to-market strategy to continuous improvement
  • A solid understanding of API-driven products and working with third-party integrations or platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of mobile and desktop UX — and how to align interface decisions with power-user needs and edge cases
  • A proactive, opinionated communicator — you know how to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and align cross-functional teams
  • Bias for action and experimentation — you value momentum over perfection and can make informed trade-offs quickly
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments — you’re a partner, not a ticket writer
  • Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-moving environments — you know how to prioritize ruthlessly and navigate ambiguity
