  • 9am to 6pm Miami, Florida, USA, Eastern time (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila TIme) with 1-hour unpaid break

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our company and oversee our expanding portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Daily, you will do the following:


  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance, and property inspections.
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Address tenant concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement property budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and expenses are controlled.
  • Collect and record rental payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and rent rolls.
  • Monitor and enforce lease terms, including rent increases and lease renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
  • Stay updated on and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and housing codes.
  • Utilize your bookkeeping skills to accurately track income and expenses, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports.
  • Negotiate insurance policies, assess property risks, and ensure adequate coverage for all managed properties.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 1 year in property management.
  • Experience in commercial and/or residential property management.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with real estate development and rental properties required
