This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:
  • 40 paid hours per week
  • Monday to Friday; 6 AM to 3 PM Rolling Hills Estates, CA (PST)
  • Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our high-performing team, focusing on strategic outreach to marketing decision-makers at successful consumer brands. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and decision-makers before engagement

  • Navigate complex conversations with senior marketing executives and brand leaders
  • Qualify and book high-quality sales appointments with genuine potential
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospecting activities and account interactions
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to refine targeting and approach strategies
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven track record with 5+ years of telesales experience
  • Demonstrated history of successful cold calling
  • Native-level English communication skills with excellent accent clarity
  • Experience selling to marketing decision-makers strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure conversations and navigate objections professionally
  • Strong research and strategic prospecting capabilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Track record of consistently achieving performance targets
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media space is a plus
