By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM in a remote set-up.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage the Procurement Plus Technology Category on a local level;

  • Manage and develop the Procurement Plus local Technology category organization;

  • Assess impact of locally changing requirements, including legislation and policies;

  • Actively support roll-out of global/regional category development initiatives within the Geographic Unit;

  • Support strong and robust procurement and category infrastructure aimed at optimizing activities;

  • Support the local business customer in setting up their plans, budgets, and strategies;

  • Ensure execution of the yearly action plans to improve the category at local level;

  • Actively participate in category community calls and foster team spirit at local level;

  • Lead by example, potential managerial responsibility for team members;

  • Ensure implementation of procurement initiative and sourcing agreements on country level;

  • Coordinate resource allocation and project triage to support global/ market initiatives, on a country level;

  • Lead and support strategic category management and procurement activities within Market Unit;

  • Support global/regional category execution by leading crucial contract implementation & driving compliance;

  • Identify, support and implement other improvement initiatives, e.g. specification optimization;

  • Promote the use of contracts and buying channels according to category strategies;

  • Manage supplier and customer relationships on a local level:

  • Manage local supplier relationships in line with Global Category and 360 Value Mgmt. strategy;

  • Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with key internal customers and stakeholders;

  • Manage internal customer feedback on category organization & supplier performance;

  • Proactively organize sessions with internal customers to identify value contribution opportunities;

  • Ensure that input from stakeholders is considered in the category strategy and sourcing processes;

  • Drive project pipeline and forecast of sourcing activity.

Skills that make your work successful:

  • Good knowledge of French and English, B2 level;

  • Strong coordination and organization skills including prioritization and delegation ability;

  • Adaptability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at various professional levels including the C-level;

  • Experience in delivering Accenture procurement programs;

  • Record of meeting and exceeding targets at individual level;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to make responsible and effective decisions even if under pressure;

  • More than 7 years previous experience in Procurement/Sourcing environment;

  • Negociation skills;

  • Good communication abilities with suppliers, customer service oriented and analytical skills.
