About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Credit Control Officer to join our Auckland based Finance team on a 12-month contract to assist with credit control operations, month end processes, reporting and projects.

This role will see responsibility for:

  • Revenue receipts allocation, upload and reconciliation
  • Pending and disputed receipts resolution
  • Outstanding revenue recovery
  • Month-end Processes including bank reconciliations and data uploads
  • Unallocated cash reconciliation
  • Preparing daily revenue allocation workflow statistics
  • Preparing weekly outstanding revenue recovery workflow statistics
  • Preparing weekly unaccounted cash workflow statistics
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested

About You

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled individual with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. The ideal person will:

  • Be proficient in in Microsoft especially Excel (preferably at an intermediate level)
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Have impeccable attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational skills
