Where you come in:
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Market Share Growth:
- You will support efforts to drive Dexcom’s market share, ensuring that Belgium meets its national revenue targets in line with company expectations.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and business objectives.
Collaboration with Territory Managers:
- You will work closely with local territory managers to open up opportunities in Belgium, driving increased use of Dexcom products at the regional level.
Training and In-Servicing:
- You will facilitate innovative training and in-servicing of Dexcom products and ancillary equipment to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Hospital Contract Management:
- You will manage hospital contracts and ensure smooth operation of supply chain channels, including tender processes, DPOs, and CMMs.
Strategic Partnerships:
- You will maximise the impact of strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders through specific projects and collaborations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- You will manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in six key academic accounts, Belgian hospitals, mutualiteiten, patient organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Account Responsibility:
- You will oversee and maintain relationships with six key academic accounts in Flanders and Wallonia, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
Administrative Duties:
- You will maintain thorough administration of contracts, reports, and quotations through daily use of the CRM system. You will leverage the CRM system to identify and log business development opportunities.
Project and Business Coordination:
- You will connect the right people within and outside of Dexcom for various projects and daily business activities, ensuring smooth execution and progress.
Strategic Market Development:
- You will engage in strategic thinking to analyze the market, identifying opportunities and potential threats, and develop actionable strategies to address them.
Account Planning and Investment Strategy:
- You will be responsible for account planning and strategic investment initiatives, including education and congress participation, ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI).
What makes you successful:
- You have more than 5 years of diabetes or equivalent account management experience with a proven track record of achieving targets and delivering success.
- You bring evidence of a detailed understanding of procurement pathways.
- You have sound experience in analyzing data, including the ability to collate, organize, and interpret data to provide clear and comprehensible information to the business.
- You bring strong commercial selling skills, including sales competency or experience with selling skills training.
- You have proficiency in using a variety of computer software packages and a detailed understanding of CRM systems.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and Flemish
- You bring experience in the Belgium Diabetes market (preferred).
- You have knowledge of diabetes (preferred).
- You bring an in-depth understanding of Belgian reimbursement and procurement processes (preferred).
- You have a Life Sciences/Business Degree (preferred).
