Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Program Manager, Logistic Systems to oversee and manage the successful planning, implementation, and execution of complex logistics systems projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring logistics systems are aligned with organizational goals, customer needs, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Program execution by overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of logistics systems programs, ensuring program projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in program operations through system improvements and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, IT, operations, and customer support, to align logistics system initiatives with business objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, gathering requirements, and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Ensure seamless technology integration of logistics software, automation, and data analytics to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Identify potential risks in system implementation and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Monitor performance by analyzing key metrics, generating reports, and providing insights to drive continuous improvement in logistics processes.
  • Measure the impact of the program and ensure the expected benefits are realized.
  • Ensure all logistics systems align with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in program or project management within logistics, supply chain, or automation systems.
  • Experience working with logistics technologies, warehouse management systems (WMS), or automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of logistics systems, process optimization, and supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar certification is a plus).
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and ERP/WMS software.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong, independent decision-making ability. Self-starter and possess a strong work ethic with a self-imposed desire to exceed everyday expectations.
  • Participate in required ongoing technical training to be a systems subject matter expert.
  • Must be willing to travel and work as part of a global team of professionals as required (up to 25 % of the time).
  • PMP Certification is required or must obtain PMI/PMP Certification within one year of hire.
